General Information of the Scholarship
Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent GCE ‘O’ Level results or its equivalent (preferably GCE 'O' levels with a net aggregate score of 10 and below)
- Excellent CCA records (preferably at least a grade A2)
- Good character and conduct
- Strong leadership qualities with potential
- Not in receipt of any other scholarship or bursary
- Not in receipt of Tertiary Tuition Fee Subsidy (TTFS) from Yayasan Mendaki
- Not financially sponsored by employers
Tenure of Scholarship
- Up to 3 years of study
- Monetary value of S$7,500 for the recipient’s 3 years of study or S$2,500 per academic year
- Renewal of scholarship is subject to excellent academic performance, active participation in CCA and SLP, with good conduct, and demonstrated strong leadership qualities
Application
- Application is open to Year 1 full-time students only
- Application for the scholarship opens from 17 Dec 2012 to 29 Apr 2013
- Applications are to be submitted online via the TPeScholarship Application (TPeSA) Portal
Applicants who met the eligibility criteria are advised to attend the Scholarship interview in TP during the Joint Admissions Exercise in January 2013.
Selection Process
Shortlisted applicants may be requested to attend interview sessions with the Selection Panel.
