Financial support for international students to help fund tuition fees and living costs enables students to focus on their research and achieve their best results. UQ offers a variety of scholarships for selected international students.
Students can apply at any time for admission, but those who wish to be considered for the following scholarships should note that the Graduate School Scholarship Selection Committee meets four times a year to award the:
- International Postgraduate Research Scholarship (IPRS)
- UQ Centennial Scholarship (UQ Cent)
- UQ International Scholarship (UQI)
- UQ Advantage Scholarship (UQ Adv)
- Graduate School International Travel Award (GSITA)
In order to have your application considered for a scholarship, it is advisable to submit your 'Application for Admission and Scholarship' form as early as possible to your proposed School/Institute. The following are recommended dates for your application to be submitted. Your proposed School/Institute may have their own deadlines for accepting applications so it is essential that you follow the School/Institute deadline if they are different from the recommended dates in the following site
